Right, Left 03:36
What a web to weave When we're tangled up in pillows and sheets In a fort in your living room And since we're speaking of make believe... I was right, 'cause you were the one who left. You're in debt to me And now we're strangling each other with unattached strings. But who was stringing who along? I finally got you on the phone But I couldn't say a single thing. And for a fee you can afford To fill the void And build a fort of your own It will be easier (easier) To watch me go (watch me go, watch me go) Once you have payed me what you owe (watch me go) 'Cause you ought to owe me something by now. And I know I'm right, but maybe that's all that's left. What a web to weave. What a web to weave.

Away 05:06
I’m going away. I’m going away my dear. I’m a restless mess, and I can’t stay here. I’m going away. My time of departure is near. When I see you again I hope my head is clear. The missing piece is the one that I want to be. I want to be lost. I want to be free, but no matter where I go, no matter what I do, I’ll still only fit with you. Said I was going away. And now you've got a new man, I hear. And of course it's now that I realize that that's my real greatest fear. The missing piece is the one that I want to be. I want to be lost. I want to be free, but no matter where I go, no matter what I do, I’ll still only fit with you.

Holes may grow in my soles But it's no surprise, With how many sidewalks I've let taste my shoes. Holes may grow in my soles But it's no surprise, 'Cause I walk three blocks To get the mail in my socks. Holes may grow in my soles But I'll be just fine, 'Cause they all got names and faces, Hearts and places in mine. No I won't let 'em go No they're here till the end They were everything I Could've asked for in my friends. Holes have grown in my soles but don't be surprised, When I let every zip code Hear this next reprise. Holes they grow in our souls But it'll be alright, Cause no matter what We'll always have that last night. Holes they grow in our souls, Holes they grow in our souls, Holes they grow in our souls.

Almost Home 06:15
The distance is getting hard now to accept. I’m finding rooms inside my head that look like rooms where we once slept. And my mind rests there, it doesn’t move for days. A friend of mine said I gotta find Some time for sun or I’ll Confuse imagination And the grand view right outside. I’ve got some kind of small town blues. There’s a city down south with real good food and better clues As to why that “way back when” I knew Keeps coming up in conversation Instead of new Chicago news. I’m going back. I’m gonna hustle my ass back. The distance is getting hard now to accept. I’m finding rooms inside my head that look like rooms where we once slept. And my mind rests there, it doesn’t move for days. A friend of mine said I gotta find Some time for sun or I’ll Confuse imagination And the grand view right outside. She was the only one I could see. She’s a thousand miles away, she’s all my dreams and all my journal entries. I can’t believe how much that girl loves me. You better believe I’m going back Just to be with her. And I’m going back.
